Rehabilitation & Long Term Care

Rehabilitation and Long Term Care are available for individuals who are recovering from an illness, injury or surgery which has required hospitalization, or for those who need 24-hour nursing care. The Lake Vista of Cortland Rehab and Health Care Centers offers in-house physical, speech and occupational therapies, plus much more. Medicare, Medicaid and most insurances are accepted.
